The rigid, hunched body of the malicious, black beast slithered its way throughout the mountain. Slowly, the frail-bodied creature trudged its way up the jagged pass, straggly, inky fur trailing behind. Tendrils of obsidian caught on the various sharp edges of the pass as the creature moved on, unaware, unconcerned up the sharp slope. Void, black eyes looked blankly ahead as the figure marched. Long, curved, sharp nails slapped against the stone, emitting a sharp, fur-curling noise. Without hesitation, the shadowy beast continued on, never wavering, never slowing until it reached its destination.
