Thundering roar of the falls brought forth a sense of comfort and tranquility to the young Invisus woman. Hiding again, away from the world of calamity and chaos ensued upon Victus realm, she’d managed to find a small alcove behind Sorrow Falls. The sound of clip-clopping of equine hooves grew upon entering into the little alcove-cavern, harmonizing with crashing waves before coming to easing halt. Left eye painted red and nickel while the right remained guarded in cloth stared in silent sternness. A soft thud then echoed as a dead hare of recent slaying was dropped to the ground – so round and plump. Equine beast glared with scrutiny with a single stomp of right hoof and long red-black tail brushed against solid foundation. “Eat.” Grimm-beast voice hissed a venomous rasping croon. His gaze hardly steering away from the moon-drop maiden resting haplessly against myrtle and ivy. As time tick, tick, ticked away, it was becoming more and more evident that Lucine was very, very pregnant. The nights had grown longer for the Grimm when the Demos man had else where to be. Lucine struggled severely with the imbalance and fluctuating hormones that flared in sporadic pulses and her internal demons had taken cruel advantage of this. Nebula eyes swirling of blues and lilacs, silvers and indigo slowly began to turn in nauseating reaction as she heard her shadow’s voice.
“I cannot.”Innocent hymn cooed in weary lyrics. Her body slumped as she gradually seemed to curl upon animal hide and collection of foliage. Pained groan uttered from dark lips as she buried her head between her paws. Single ear rotated with a curt tilt of the equine-beasts head following and tempered snort. His one eye stared to her while he studied her overall outline in quiet muse. Left hoof kicked the rodent corpse to the young maiden though she made no gesture in reaction. “You cannot?” the beast mimed in cruel jest. His tail flicked once more in idle motion until finally nebula eyes finally met his nickel-red. Weakly her head shook in response and he frowned noticing a single tear roll down her delicate cheek. Anzhela then sighed – never one to provide comfort or consolation. This was where ie was at a slight loss. He could see her struggles with this entire pregnancy as she’d shown many times emotional imbalance. “I am so overwhelmed.” she whined softly; “And I am so very round.” ears rolled against her skull. What if he does not like all of this round?
Her head rested against the wall of the cavern, listening to the occasional clopping noise as her shadow companion neared her. His equine muzzle nudged against her cheek before carefully withdrawing. “You carry a fever, Lucine.” There was a waiver in concern in his tone though there was little he could do. Grumpily then, Lucine grumbled beneath her breath. “N-no I’m fine.”
